Vinyasa Flow - 
  A powerful class.  Open to all levels.  Transform yourself on the yoga matte!  Easy to remember movement sequences are linked together by the breath.  If you don't like static classes, this is for you.  Burn calories, have fun, reach new physical/mental/spiritual potentials.  This class will keep you on your toes!

  Nanci's Vinyasa classes have a theme that is worked on for 6-8 weeks.  This is a wonderful way for students to see their progression.
Pilates -
  Matte based Pilates was created to rehabilitate after injuries, prevent injuries, improve posture and correct physical movement.  The more you practice in a week the better the results.  You will feel a burn, but unlike working out on gym equipment, the muscle recovery can be over night.

​  Nanci applies her constant study of how to properly move the body in all the classes. If you are a yoga practitioner, Pilates is one of the best cross training exercises available.  Each class focuses on the current theme in Nanci’s yoga classes. For example; working on handstands in yoga and strengthening the lower back and abs in pilates. All levels.


Slow Flow -
  Same as Vinyasa but at a much slower pace and no inversions.
Temple Dance -
  Reclaim your Shakti Power!
  This class will challenge your body, boost your self esteem and you may just find yourself again.
  Temple Dance is a global dance form shared by women over 1000's of years.  Great knowledge and wisdom has been stored in the body. Nanci has been researching and collecting Temple Dances in her travels world wide.  She builds community by sharing this women's circle dance with others.
  Technique, isolations, traveling steps and choreography are practiced and learned.
Back & Yin -

Yoga prop central!  The class is designed to relax the central nervous system and to promote a sense of inner balance.  If you practice more Yang yoga (Vinyasa or Astanga for example) or have a more Yang lifestyle (high stress jobs), Yin is highly recommended!  Postures are held comfortably for long periods of time, mostly supported by pillows in soothing silence.
  Along with Yin methodology:  in the same class, back pain is addressed through simple exercises and stretches.
