I enjoy observing their growth, understanding their needs, and gently guiding their development over time.
Fruit trees respond best when they are cared for consistently and with intention. Pruning plays an important role — especially winter pruning, which helps direct the tree’s energy toward healthy fruit production in spring — but it is only one part of the process.

What draws me most to fruit tree care is the relationship with a living being. Much like animals, trees respond to how they are treated — simply at a slower pace. They require patience, empathy, observation, and respect. When approached this way, they thrive.

I am a certified fruit tree care specialist, trained by Susan Poizner of Orchard People (Canada), and have over five years of hands-on experience working with fruit trees in private gardens and commercial orchards.
