Ayurveda~Science of Longevity. Balance of mind, body and spirit according to the individual needs.
Hatha~traditional yoga that includes breathing tech., concentration, exercise and proper relaxation.
Physical (Yoga) therapy~specific physical therapy and Ayurvedic nutrition to rehabilitate the body after injury, to correct posture or to alleviate aches and pains of mind and body.
