Vinyasa Yoga

What is it?
A modern practice that comes from Patabi
Jobs and Astanga.  It is a string of movements tied together with breath that builds an internal focus.

There are no age, gender, race and/or level restrictions.  Anyone can benefit from it.  We can move in and out of handstands or move while seated in a chair. The only thing stopping us is our minds.
"Nanci is easily the best teacher I have ever worked with. And I have worked with many many many. When we started working together I was looking for someone who would push me 3 times a week in basic fitness but it became quickly obvious to me that I had a great opportunity in meeting Nanci and that I could learn so much from her by paying attention to her vast VAST knowledge about the entire human body, mind and spirit. She completely changed my life, everything from what I eat to how I place my feet on the ground when I walk. These lessons could not be more fundamental. Or vital. She literally readjusted my existence. And the gratitude I have cannot be measured."  ---Bree Fitzgerald
